HISTORY
Manga offers two major events during the year: the Annual Dance & Drum Conference, and the Osun Festival. Every year, each event has a theme, determined by the artistic director and designed by the lead artist.
The Dance & Drum Conference offers a variety of opportunities for the community to learn African dances from various countries, as well as the accompanying music and cultural context for each dance. The Osun Festival showcases the mythos of the Ifa faith, adhering to Manga's passion for the authentic culture of any and all indigenous African dance and drum.
